This gorgeous wine proves once again that the Golden State is leading the pack when it comes to Chardonnay. Thoughtfully farmed, vinified with minimal intervention, it's everything we like to see in a wine—and we uncork it whenever we get a chance to. It pairs just as well with an afternoon on the porch as it does with a lobster dinner. Beautifully balanced acidity and body with rich aromas of lemon curd lime peel, and almond biscuits.
