Oenology student, turned wine importer with Kermit Lynch, turned winemaker, Chris Santini is the mastermind behind this bottling. He works exclusively with organic fruit & does minimal sulphur at bottling, producing wine with purity. His Macon-Villages is fresh, lime citrus driven & incredibly thirst-quenching.
