Roman Ceremony Santa Ynez Sauvignon Blanc 2022

This elegant Sauvignon Blanc is an ode to the once fashionable white Bordeaux that the Railsback brothers love. Truly — the vines they worked with in the Dairy Vineyard of the Los Olivos AVA even come from cuttings taken from the legendary Château d'Yquem in 1882. It goes through full malolactic fermentation and so has a pleasantly round mouthfeel along with notes of citrus, pineapple, and spring herbs.
