Gina Giugni has crafted an incredible wine that evokes the great wines of Cheverny in the Loire Valley. Using the hallmark blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, she’s created a vibrant, energetic, complex white bursting with notes of orchard fruit, lemon grass, and green pineapple. The 2022 vintage comes from the exceptional Presqu’ile vineyard in Santa Maria Valley. Gina vinifies with native yeast and allows the Chevey to develop on the lees for 7 months for a fresh, complex wine perfect for dining al fresco.
