Broc Cellars Aqua Vino Spritzer 2023

Part piquette, part rosé, this lightly sparkling dark pink wine from Broc Cellars is the springtime sipper we didn't know we needed. After pressing the juice off Valdiguié grapes used for their Love Rosé, the Broc team added water to the leftover Valdiguié skins and remaining juice, then blended the final product with their field blend Nouveau cuvée. A spritzy, joyous, low-alcohol wine with notes of strawberry margarita and jolly rancher.
