Schäfer-Fröhlich Bockenauer Riesling Trocken Schiefergestein 2021

A beautiful Nahe Riesling from a family with a long history in the region. More recently, their Rieslings have brought (positive) attention to the village of Bockenau. Grown on blue slate and quartzite, you'll get distinctly mineral notes balanced by lemon bars, apricot, pink grapefruit, and brioche with an electric acidity.
