Tissot, Jura, France Pinot Noir, Trousseau, Poulsard: Organic, Biodynamic, Natural, Vegan The Tissot family were some of the first Jura producers to become certified organic and biodynamic, their agriculture and winemaking practices are used with intent to preserve the terroir in their wines, additionally, the vineyard plantings were all done with massale selection rather than the clones then used throughout the region, resulting in a pure representation of the region and the grapes.
