Manni doesn’t grow his wines in the typical fashion. He prefers shade for his south-facing vines and leaves an extra bunch to help the fruit keep its structure. The use of neutral acacia barrels rounds out this laser-cut white wine. An unusual Italian wine that’s great for picnics at the lakefront.
