Prior to 2012, Cháteaux Bonnezeaux had been deserted for nearly three decades. You can thank winemaker Guyonne Saclier de la Bátie for reviving the operation. Cháteaux Bonnezeaux has come back in full force, producing age-worthy Chenin that exhibits notes of juicy Meyer lemon and honey.
